I love guacamole. Like I love it so much I would marry it if that wasn't completely illegal. Because I'm already married, silly!
You will need:
3 avocados
1/2 red onion, minced
2 roma or 1 large tomato, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, crushed (or more-ish)
1 lime
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp cumin
That's it!
Mince your onions as small as you can and crush your garlic:

Avocados can be a little tricky to get out; I cut them in half along their skin, then scoop out the pit with a spoon and along the skin to get all that green goodness.

ReplyDeleteThanks, chickie! I made some this day but I couldn't find any of those little crackers at Costco to eat with it! I ended up using some rice crackers, but you know it just wasn't the same.
